Sometimes what we think we want is not what we actually need. Listening to our innermost voices can unearth the skeletons we bury beneath false dreams.
The very first painting I ever created of the Neon Stag. This piece was a reminder to myself and others to go beyond our impulses and shallow wishes and to focus instead on those more buried things, the ones that often take more honesty, more work, and are far more fulfilling.
