Inspired by the silent, watchful nature of a fox I once knew. There is so much power in silence. The gift of quiet seems to be fast leaving our world and daily life can feel like a shouting match begging to be heard above the noise. But what power is held by those who learn to sit and observe? Who push out the growing sound and listen deeply to themselves. And what a beautiful gift it is to listen to others without interruption or the need to bring the focus onto oneself.
Do not mistake quietude for weakness, for it is indeed a strength to stand one’s ground having looked within and heard what was there. Having sifted through the world’s screaming, and patiently pulled truth from within the noise before adding your own words.
